"Wow! I used to live in Phoenix and use Donnie at the pit for my work. I was in Phoenix for 1 week for 3 rides, after the 1st ride my rear wheel bearings decided to give out. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the ship, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs."
